Christmas 2009

Well it was Andre's 2nd Christmas and he was ready for it... First, we discovered that Santa lives in Canton! He and Mrs. Claus decorated their house and yard with a bazillion lights and decorations and Andre was mesmerized.

He wasn't so sure about sitting on Santa's lap until he gave him a candy cane. mmmmmmmm. It turns out that during Santa's off season he works at Ace Hardware in Woodstock, Ga. who knew?? :)

Christmas Day started early in The Clark house (every day starts early actually) but this day Andre was wearing his special red flannel Christmas pajamas. He and Mr. Froggie were ready to see what was under the tree.

oops. mommy's belly got in the shot! :)

Yay! Exactly what he asked Santa for: a "cha-chain" (choo choo train )

Santa didn't go overboard this year because he knew there would be many Christmas' to come at the Clark house...

Christmas #2

Christmas with Mimi, Cha-Cha and Auntie Amy. Andre got a Monster Bowling game, some cool educational puzzles and tickle me Elmo hands.

Even baby Selah got presents!

Andre soon figured out how much fun opening presents can be. "Keep 'em coming!", he thought to himself.

Christmas # 2

Christmas with GiGi, Poppy & Karen, Uncle Bryant, Erin & Reese (aka "eese")

Woo hoo! More Presents! Is there any end to this madness???

Andre & Reese exchanged gifts and then decided they would both prefer the gifts they brought. :) But they shared and "played nice".

The favorite git of '09 was the talking magnetic alphabet from Poppy and Karen. It tells you what each letter is and what sound it makes while keeping a toddler occupied and not directly under mommy's feet in the kitchen. A Win/Win.

Andre tried to put the letters just out of Reese's reach...

And he was quite proud of himself when he succeeded. Reese did not appreciate it at all.
That is not nice Andre!

Christmas #3

Christmas with Nanny and Paw-Paw. Christmas with The Clark Crew is a fabulous fiasco. No one takes turns opening gifts (like Mommy's family)Its a free-for-all!

Ok- now Andre's gift tally is getting a little rediculous. :)

The favorite gift of the night was his Handy Manny tool belt which he wears almost daily. The tools dance and sing when in the tool box (en espanol tambien!) "Can we fix it?" "Si, podemos!" (yes we can!)

He's going to be handy just like Daddy. :)

Here Andre and Daddy are partaking in their nightly wrestling ritual. He gets smooched on all day by Mommy and then roughed up at night by Dad. We think this will make him well-rounded.

Can't you see how much he adores his DA-DA?

Below Andre "enjoys" the blizzard of 2010. He's not sure what to think of wintry mix..but he sure is cute!

Coming soon...
